Chenelle brings years of policy experience from both the state and federal level, having gained experience analyzing state health legislation and serving as a Legislative Aide to Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI). A social justice advocate at her core, Chenelle is committed to advancing progressive policies like Medicare for All, and dismantling systems of inequality that harm vulnerable and marginalized communities. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Howard University and Master of Public Policy and Master of Social Work degrees from the University of Houston. In her spare time, she loves to travel and do yoga.
