Family Economic Security

We need an economy that works for our families. That means a living wage and equal pay, ending discrimination against pregnant workers and parents, and ensuring that workplaces work for families. Family economic security means policies like sick and safe time, paid family leave, and flexible and fair scheduling. It also means fighting for high quality, living wage jobs for the workers who care for our families when we cannot like early childhood educators, homecare workers and healthcare workers.
